Confirm your Service Plan
A support specialist will ask for your name and email address to validate your access to Trend Micro's premium services. Please be ready to provide the serial number of your Internet Security software or Support Incident. This number will be found on your order confirmation email.
Relax while we diagnose your system
Once you're confirmed, a Trend Micro support specialist will begin the process of diagnosing your system. Service is provided over the phone or if necessary, via the Internet using a secure remote control connection direct to your PC.
Your support session ends only when the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
